Helpful for hormone health

I joined Zing Wellbeing primarily for the hormone health guides and the mindfulness meditations. I've been looking for something that specifically addresses women's health holistically, and this platform delivered. The guides were informative and easy to understand, not overly scientific. I also tried a few of the stress management tools, which were quite effective for me. It was simple to get started after the 7-day free trial; I opted for the annual membership because of the savings. I accessed it on my iPhone and it works fine. New workouts seem to be added regularly, which keeps things fresh. The community support access is a nice touch, though I haven't used it much yet. The whole process, from signing up to using the content, was straightforward.

Good value, some interface quirks

I signed up for the Zing Wellbeing Membership last month, mainly for the personalized meal plans and the low impact workouts. The meal plans are pretty good, a nice variety and I appreciate the grocery lists provided; it saved me some planning time. The low impact workouts are challenging enough without being too intense, which is what I needed. Customer service was responsive when I had a question about customizing my dairy-free meal plan, which was a plus. My one small gripe is the app interface can be a bit clunky sometimes, especially navigating between the different sections. It's not a deal-breaker, but it could use some streamlining. Overall, I'm satisfied with the value for money.

Easy to use, good plans

I got the Zing Wellbeing Membership for the postnatal exercise programs. The videos are easy to follow. Everything loaded quickly. I liked the focus on recovery. Good experience.

Hey, anyone know if Zing Wellbeing ever does sales or special discounts? Trying to decide if I should jump on the monthly or wait for a deal.

They definitely do! I got my annual membership during a Black Friday sale last year and saved a bunch. Also, if you sign up for their newsletter, they sometimes send out bonus offers.

You can usually get a pretty good discount if you go for the annual plan instead of monthly, saves like 20-40% or something. They also often have a 7-day free trial, so you can check it out first without committing.

Thinking of signing up for Zing, but curious if the meal plans are actually customizable? I have a bunch of allergies and hate getting locked into plans I can't really use.

Yeah, they totally are. I'm gluten-free and dairy-free and it was super easy to set that up when I first joined. They have options for different dietary needs.

I think so! I remember seeing options for vegetarian and stuff, so I'd imagine allergies would be covered too. Worth checking their FAQ section though just to be sure.
